Remove an address from a group
Removes the address from the folder: access to it through grants ON THE FOLDER ends, while direct grants on the address itself aren't affected.
The folder's creator can do this, and so can the address owner, ALWAYS: the latter is a safeguard so a person can pull their address out of someone else's folder without depending on its manager.
