Token rates in USD (live, public)

Public (no auth). Current USD rates, fetched on the spot (not cached). ?codes=usdt,a7a5 for specific tokens; without the parameter, all enabled tokens in the registry. usdRate = USD per 1 unit of the token (decimal string), or null if the rate isn't configured or the source is unavailable.
