CounterpartiesAdd an address to a counterparty

Add an address to a counterparty

Adds an on-chain address (unique within the Vault; a conflict with another counterparty returns 400 with its name). Performs a retroactive match: existing operations with this address (counterpartyId = NULL) are linked automatically; the counts are in the response.
