Cannot Sign Transaction
What to do if you can't sign transactions.
Symptoms
- Button to sign is unresponsive
- "Unable to reach signing service" error
Causes
- Session expired
- Network issues
- Insufficient signing permissions
Quick Fix
Refresh Session
Log out and log back in to the dashboard.
Check Network
Ensure stable internet connection.
Verify Permissions
Check that your user account has transaction signing rights in "Settings > Users".
